I build practical systems across software, data and automation. During my placement I shipped production tools used across a live manufacturing environment; outside work, I build projects from first principles to understand what is happening underneath the abstraction.

Profile

I am a final-year Computer Science student at the University of Huddersfield, predicted First-Class Honours, following a completed 13-month Digital Innovation placement at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

My work has covered production software, automation, analytics and systems delivery under real enterprise constraints. I enjoy taking a problem from the first conversation through to something reliable enough for people to use every day.

  • Co-developed an Oracle APEX platform covering 2,100+ manufacturing jigs and tools for 100+ concurrent users.
  • Built Power BI analytics, Power Platform applications and operational reporting.
  • Analysed 270,000+ production records in base Python with sub-10-second runtime.
  • Awarded Outstanding Plus (O+), the highest placement grade.

CPU Built in Logic World

Computer ArchitectureDigital Logic

Designed and hand-wired a working 8-bit sequential CPU from logic components, including RAM, registers, an ALU, a shared bus and hardwired control. Version 1 executes a Fibonacci sequence; version 2 is in development.
